  • Understand each learner's role and goals, and recommend the program that fits, such as PMP Certification or Certified AI Native Project Manager
  • Explain fees, EMI options, batch dates and what the certification exam involves, without overpromising
  • Guide each learner through enrolment and payment until their seat is confirmed
  • Record every conversation and next step in the CRM, the same day
  • Meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets

  • Work with designers and the admissions team so the words answer the questions learners ask
  • Keep one voice across the website, emails and ads, and proofread everything before it goes out

  • Schedule interviews, collect feedback and keep every candidate informed at each step
  • Negotiate offers and stay with each hire until their first day
  • Keep a bench of candidates for the roles we hire for most often, such as admission counsellors

Roles and responsibilities

  • Design pages and flows for our website, from course pages to checkout
  • Turn briefs into wireframes, prototypes and final designs in Figma
  • Keep our design system consistent, and add to it when a new part is needed
  • Test designs with learners and use what you learn to improve them
  • Make every page work well on phones and desktops, and for people who use assistive technology
  • Work closely with developers until each design ships as intended
